As we’ve been getting back out on the streets this summer and making new prints for pasting, we’ve been looking at the charm of the street prints. These are always done on a matte butcher paper, hand cut, often stained and painted, giving the edges a nice bit of roll and variation. They live about the studio taking on a bit of the patina of making and craft until they’re rolled up and on their way. We decided to create a new series with some of these prints to share what we love about them and celebrate this part of our practice. Whether you pin them up, frame them or paste them to the wall they all have a wonderful variation and life to them.
